Service Description. This Site describes Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Deck Building, Deck Repair, Drywall Installation, Drywall Repair, Flooring Installation, Pressure Washing provided by Pro Care Maintenance. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Pro Care Maintenance may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Pro Care Maintenance does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Care Maintenance's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Pro Care Maintenance in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Care Maintenance from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
